Welcome to the Creative Structures design/build website. We, at Creative Structures, envision the design/build process as a collaborative effort between the architect, client, and builder. This effort allows us to create a strong relationship with the client, one which pursues combined goals and dreams in building a beautiful custom home. Having a building partner involved from the beginning assists the client by establishing and implementing design and budgetary parameters "up front" in the design/build process. This gives the client the benefit of our combined knowledge to make the right choices in terms of design, material selections, and budgeting so they are confident that their goal of building a custom home is based on a solid foundation and implemented in a cohesive manner that is driven by success and customer satisfaction.

Creative Structures was formed in 1995 by Ed Linville, Duane Ehle, and Steven Gallo. We partner with Linville Architects to create custom design/build homes. Our mission is to deliver a timeless design and to provide our clients with a home that reflects a shared vision of beauty, quality, and value.

Ed Linville is the principal architect of Linville Architects, LLC and is very well known and respected in Wisconsin and beyond. Duane Ehle is the field supervisor and senior craftsman and he brings over thirty five years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. Steve Gallo, a graduate of UW-Madison with a bachelor's degree in construction management, is the project manager and serves as a liaison between the client and the many building entities from the initial design through move-in and the warranty period.
