A condominium currently under construction located near Olbrich Botanical Gardens along Atwood Ave.

The design of this 16 unit condominium allows every unit to have an abundance of unobstructed views of Lake Monona and Olbrich Park. Located on Madison's East side across from the park, the condo was established on an abondoned convenience store corner lot at the intersection of Atwood Ave. and Dennett Dr. The development of this lot marks an entry point and the revitalization for the neighborhood.

The building was designed as a cascading four-store brick facade with private balconies and a recessed fifth story containing penthouse units and an outdoor community patio. The corner of the site is anchored with a pronounced tower while the remaining facades are defined by brick pilaster bays capped with metal standing seam hip roofs. The parking garage was established at street grade to give a base to composition and raise the living units' site lines to take advantage of the views.
